勤務先に、本年度の「目標」を提出

On the personal level, I've always set the goals to increase my creativity.

I've been committed myself to the free-style photography since 2001, that's when I registered the domain LOMOGRAPH.net. I also had a guerilla style street photo exhibition at the under-path in Shibuya in the late summer 2003. At the end of last year, I attended Lomo Japan's photography workshop which resulted a group photo exhibition in Aoyama Book Center. There's an on-going project of publishing a group photo-book in London, and possibly also in the U.S., to which I'm providing one of my pin-hole photos.

Needless to say, I've created various mobile related sites and images both for work and personally. I've already mentioned this, but my site has been featured more than 80 magazines so far (a couple dozen last year alone), and made to the special featured contents on SHARP's official mobile site. I participated one of the online contest for mobile wallpaper designers, Garaku, and managed to get 10,000 downloads in 71 days which made myself the highest of their runking system and became the 4th place out of more than 700 creators of all time.
I recently became the Rakuten Travel's one of the 10 selected creators for their monthly mobile wallpaper competition.

I also has an interest to increase my writing skill (in Japanese). Writing weblog almost every night, publishing both PC and mobile mail magazines, and just beginnning to submit a few short novels to the contests.

Almost all of the activity above is non-profitable, just for fun projects.
Only exception is SHARP who contacted me and insisted to pay 50,000yen for each keitai wall papers I made.

Ceramics sculpting and pottery has been and will be my life-work.

Not all of my creative skill is compatible to my current work at Panache but I would like to use these skill as much as and as often as possible.
Mobile site development is now one of my speciality at Panache.
I'm also pretty confident of my photoshop skill, since photography once was my profession and now my favorite hobby.
Also, my writing ability helps to improve the quality of Japanese texts that clients provide us.

I'm planning to develop these skills farther more for the next year.
Just like I've been doing it for the past years.
